A shocking post on her personal Instagram account was made at noon on Tuesday, April 23 Katerina Vrana.
In particular, the well-known stand-up comedian a few days after her birthday published a photo from the intensive care unit of the Malaysian hospital where she was found seven years ago and fought for her life.
THE Katerina Vrana in an earlier interview she had talked about her health and confessed how close she came to death: “I suffered a bowel perforation and the whole system became infected. My blood is contaminated. I got sepsis and went into shock from which eight out of ten die. I saved her and I don’t know who the other is! Because of the septicemia, a chain of issues was created that affected other things and in the end I still have issues with movement, balance, speech, vision. I have everything and I’m interested. I was in Malaysia on tour when this happened. Maybe if it was some autoimmune that we hadn’t found, it might have been inflammation but the doctors don’t think so. But so much damage has been done since then that they can’t figure out what started it. Everything that happened around me, while I was in a coma, entered my dreams. I listened and understood everything. So when I woke up, I knew where I was and what had happened.”
