Popi Hatzidimitriou for Eleni Menegaki: “We shouldn’t get bogged down, she can afford to take her time”

Popi Hatzidimitriou was met by the camera of Breakfast@Star and the reporter Sofia Manousakidou. The well-known radio producer and predecessor of Eleni Menegakis in ANT1’s “Morning Coffee” was asked about her colleague’s decision to leave Megalo Kanali, after the rupture that occurred in her contract negotiations for the next season.

“A person on television, like Eleni, has the luxury – and we all should – to take a distance, to take her time and her space to see what her next step will be,” says Popi Hatzidimitriou for Eleni Menegaki.

“You always need to take a distance when you see that you want to take your next step,” the radio producer emphasizes.

“We must not get bogged down in anything, neither at work, nor in our relationship. When you see that you are at a turning point and you have to take the next step, stay back a little to make your decisions and start again. Life is not a straight line. I am in favor of taking your distance in order to make better choices”, concludes Popi Hatzidimitriou in her comment, while clarifying that she has no intention of returning to television with a new project.
