The show “Everything for our life” with Michalis Kegalogiannis on MEGA dealt with autoimmune diseases, the symptoms they give and how critical their early diagnosis is.
Stylist Amanda Manolakou talked about her disease on the show “All about our life”, multiple sclerosis.
“I didn’t pay attention, I talked to my cousin on the phone, who happens to be a doctor, and he told me to go to the hospital. I got out of bed and started to see the ceiling shaking like an earthquake. Then I couldn’t walk, the floor was shaking, it was all a bit weird. It was continuous,” Amanda Manolakou initially reported.
“It was abrupt, I didn’t have time to process it”
“They did some tests and told me it might be vertigo and at the last minute a doctor came, she saw something in my eye and told me I should have a brain MRI. God enlightened me because I would never enter. I was helped by the gentleman who was in the MRI and that’s how it was learned. I have multiple sclerosis on my head. When he told me, because it was abrupt, I didn’t have time to process it. I asked my husband what is hardening” added Amanda Manolakou.
