“Happy birthday you horrible man, world class asshole,” Pax wrote to his father, Brad Pitt, to wish him on “Father’s Day” in 2020.
“You make your 4 youngest children tremble with fear and the lives of the people closest to me a constant hell” Pax wrote in his post, which he immediately deleted and which is brought to light by the Daily Mail.
“Time and time again you prove what a horrible and awful person you are. You have no appreciation or empathy for your 4 youngest children, who tremble in fear before you. You will never understand the damage you have done to my family because you are incapable of it.
You can tell yourself and the world all you want, but the truth will come out someday. So Happy Father’s Day, you horrible man…” Pax wrote about Brad Pitt, confirming in the most unmistakable way that their relationship is – to say the least – problematic.
A source cited by the Daily Mail confirmed that the Instagram account where the controversial post was uploaded does indeed belong to Pax. “It’s the account he uses for friends from school mostly. He never says much about his parents, so this was unusual.”
The fight with Maddox on the jet and the “tumultuous” Pitt-Jolie divorce
Angelina Jolie adopted Pax from an orphanage in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam in 2007, and Brad Pitt officially adopted him the following year.
In 2016, the couple, just two years after their marriage, divorced and the children stayed with Angelina Jolie. Soon the reports were raging about a fight between Maddox, their eldest child, and Brad Pitt. But it seems that the Hollywood star did not have good relations with Pax either.
Their divorce was finalized in 2019, and although Jolie initially had full custody of the children, an agreement was reached in 2021 that allowed Pitt to have them half the time.
But shortly after, the judge in charge of the case was revealed to have close business ties with Pitt’s lawyers and so he was removed from the case and custody was returned to Angelina Jolie.

Pitt was also investigated by the FBI for child abuse allegations after the alleged altercation with Maddox on a private jet five days before Jolie filed for divorce.
A source later told People that Pitt was drunk at the time and that it all started with an argument between him and Jolie.
The actress testified that Brad Pitt acted “like a monster” then.
Pitt was subsequently acquitted of all charges and has since quit both drinking and smoking weed while attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings in September 2016.

Although neither has ever spoken publicly about the incident, Jolie told Vogue in 2021 that she split with Pitt for “the good of her family.”
“It was the right decision. I continue to focus on their recovery. Some have taken advantage of my silence and children see lies about themselves in the media, but I remind them that they know the truth. In fact, they are six very brave, very strong young people,” Angelina Jolie had said of her children.
