“You never forget the first time on TV. Being in the morning zone and suddenly starting and going out for the first time, now that I see it I say “how did I do that?”. Then obviously a defense mechanism is activated and you succeed. I remember everything. I haven’t presented anything alone or as a duo. I have only presented as a group. This is my personal opinion. And I don’t just mean the people in front of a show, I mean all the people who work on a show. The teams that work behind the scenes, they are a pivotal point in how the show will ultimately go.
I’ve said things I regret on TV. I’ve been on TV for 20 years and things can happen live. Fortunately not ones I can access but I have learned many lessons. These have made me more careful and better at what I do. Because television is changing, the way we talk is now very different and I’m happy. 20 years ago things should not have been said and it is quite right that they cannot be said”, said among others Katerina Karavatou, while at another point he added:
“Television is like our society. There are people with whom you do not have a common code because I think differently. I’ve learned to deal with it.”
