his aunt, Catherine Scholesexpressed her support for him from Ontario, Canada, tweeting: “I’m so proud of you, Barnaby!”

It’s not the first time Barnaby has stood out for his talent, as according to the “dailymail”, last year he played the role of the child in the Youth Opera’s production of The Selfish Giant.

“Although I wish the child’s role was even bigger, given that this is a family show, Barnaby Scholes sings with a wonderful purity.” wrote the “Times” in their review.

Barnaby, who is the older of the two brothers, lives with his parents, Peter and Catherine -actress under the stage name Cathy Burke- near Henley, Oxfordshire. He was seen singing his heart out during the Queen’s funeral service, moving expressively and singing passionately inside the abbey.
