Intralot: At 20.502% the percentage of Sokratis Kokkalis after AMK

At 20.502%, the percentage of voting rights of Mr. Socrates P. Kokkalis on INTRALOT shares, as the company announced today.

At the same time, the percentage of its voting rights INTRACOM HOLDINGS amounts to 7.135%, while its percentage CQ Lottery LLC stands at 26.86%.

The announcement of the listed company

The Limited Company with the name “INTRALOT COMPANY – INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND GAMING SERVICES” (hereinafter “INTRALOT”, hereinafter “INTRALOT” or “Issuer”) pursuant to Law 3556/2007, as applicable, and in continuation of from
08/11/2023 notifications by Mr. Sokratis P. Kokkalis and the companies “K-SYSTEMS” and “ALPHACHOICE SERVICES LIMITED”, the company “INTRACOM HOLDINGS”, as well as Mr. Soohyung Kim and the company “Acme Amalgamated Holdings, regarding changes on
of their voting rights on the Issuer’s shares following the completion of the increase in INTRALOT’s share capital and the crediting of the new shares, announces the following:

– On 08/11/2023, the percentage of voting rights of Mr. Sokratis P. Kokkalis on INTRALOT shares amounts to a total of 20.502% (i.e. 123,851,445 voting rights) out of a total of 604,095,621 voting rights of the Issuer, of which directly 0.0003% (i.e. 2,083 voting rights) and indirectly 20.502% (i.e. 123,849,362 voting rights), against a previous total percentage of 32.424% of the Issuer’s total voting rights, through the successively controlled companies:

a) “K-GENERAL INVESTMENTS AND SYSTEMS SOLE INDIVIDUAL HOLDINGS COMPANY” (hereinafter referred to as “K-SYSTEMS”), the sole shareholder of which is Mr. Sokratis P. Kokkalis. The percentage of indirect voting rights of the company “K SYSTEMS” on INTRALOT shares amounts to 20.502% (i.e. 123,849,362 voting rights) out of a total of 604,095,621 voting rights of the Issuer, against a previous percentage of 32.424%,

aa) “ALPHACHOICE SERVICES LIMITED”, a company controlled by “K-GENERAL INVESTMENTS AND SYSTEMS SOLE HOLDING COMPANY” (hereinafter referred to as “KSYSTEMS”). The percentage of voting rights of the company “ALPHACHOICE SERVICES LIMITED” on INTRALOT shares is 19.931% (i.e. 120,401,087 voting rights) out of a total of 604,095,621 voting rights of the Issuer, against a previous percentage of 32.424%,

ab) “CLEARDROP HOLDINGS LIMITED”, a company controlled by “K-GENERAL INVESTMENTS AND SYSTEMS SOLELY HOLDING COMPANY” (hereinafter referred to as “KSYSTEMS”). The percentage of voting rights of the company “CLEARDROP HOLDINGS LIMITED” on INTRALOT shares amounts to 0.571% (i.e. 3,448,275 voting rights) out of a total of 604,095,621 voting rights of the Issuer, against a previous zero percentage.

– On 08/11/2023, the percentage of voting rights of the company “INTRACOM HOLDINGS” (intracom holdings) amounts to 7.135% (i.e. 43,103,448 voting rights) out of a total of 604,095,621 voting rights Issuer, against a previous zero rate.

– On 08/11/2023, the company under the name “CQ Lottery LLC”, duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Delaware, acquired 40,086,206 common registered shares of INTRALOT and the corresponding voting rights, through its participation in increase of the Issuer’s share capital.

Based on the above, “CQ Lottery LLC” now owns a total of 162,269,046 common registered shares of INTRALOT, which correspond to 26.86% of the total voting rights of the Issuer (ie 162,269,046 voting rights out of a total of 604,095,621 voting rights of the Issuer), compared to the previous rate of 32.90%.

“CQ Lottery LLC” is a company controlled by “The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc.”, which is a company controlled by “SG CQ Gaming LLC”, which is a company controlled by “Standard General GP LLC” , which in turn is controlled by “Acme Amalgamated Holdings, LLC”, which is ultimately controlled by Mr. Soohyung Kim.
