This style, the conceit, the half-knowledge… that they should not use in quotation marks and other patients and have the same fate”,is the statement of Yannis Kallianos that shows his next moves. He will exhaust every means, especially legal, in order to investigate what happened to his father in “Attikon”, until the day he died.
He insists on his complaint that the doctors performed the wrong manipulations. “If we were to intubate him without an absolute indication, it is a medically incorrect operation”responds the professor of vascular surgery of the Hospital through his lawyers.

An investigation into the death of Dimitris Kallianos is underway
The sworn administrative examination that has been ordered into the complaints of Mr. Kallianos is in full progress. The lawyer of Mr. Kallianou’s family, Alexis Kougias, explains to STAR that if mistakes have been made, the crime of negligent homicide has been committed.
