With a post of hers, she informed her followers on her Instagram profile that she became an aunt for the 6th time, publishing a photo of her newborn nephew.
Zeta Makripoulia made a similar post 2 years ago when her brother’s third child, Akis, was born, writing in the same way that she had become an aunt for the 5th time.

Invited to the show of Nikos Hatzinikolaou in October 2023, Zeta Makripoulia also referred to motherhood by saying.
“Until I was 25, I thought that in the next ten years I would have a family and children. I thought I was born for it. WhyI was born to care. Something that a child needs, but not only that! At 35 I kind of started to say “What’s going on? Why isn’t this bell ringing for me and do I have to do it to make it ring?”. An internal struggle began, so I realized that something inside me was kicking in that direction. At 45, where I am right now, I know these things won’t happen and I’m very “OK” with that. Because I don’t believe that everyone is for everything. I don’t think it’s going to happen anymore, let’s not laugh so they stop saying I’m pregnant every three or so. Why, first of all, this bell is not ringing, and this is what I have to hear. Second, because I’m human. I’m not saying it can’t happen. I’m just saying that’s not my goal anymore. I’ve been through many stages especially with the motherhood thing, because marriage is a thing that doesn’t interest me that much, I just want to assure you that my serious relationships, which are few, I’ve lived as a married woman. I had family values in my relationships. The wreath didn’t tell me anything. I don’t discuss marriage” she had said herself.
The kid, I also got into the should I do process and realized that every time I thought about it, after 35, the reasons were wrong. The reasons were selfish. Totally selfish.
