“1/3 is considered by law from the moment of marriage onwards, that is, if the wife, in this case, contributed to the increase of her husband’s property and in what way. There are court decisions that say that because she raised the children, or because he supported him morally or professionally, or was invisible in his business, he has a larger or smaller participation in the lawsuits, but 1/3 is given by law. If the defendant’s place of residence , that is, if a lawsuit is filed by the wife against the husband, then they are judged on the basis of where the husband’s residence is, the respective courts are competent. The prenuptial agreement, if it existed for the couple in question, is not valid in Greece, but in America“, he added.
