THE life of the first lady of france, Brigitte Macronis becoming a TV series.

French production company Gaumont said the six-episode series, titled “Brigitte, a Free Woman,” will follow the fairytale journey of Emmanuel Macron’s wife.

The series will begin with the couple’s first meeting, said one of the show’s writers.

They met when she was a teacher and he was a student in High School.

The couple ended up getting married in 2007, when Mr Emmanuel Macron he was 29 years old and Brigitte was 54 years old.

Brigitte Macron. known as Brigitte Ozier at the time, she continued to teach for a while but resigned from her job in 2015 when her husband entered politics. He was elected president of France in 2017.

Until they got married, the couple lived an unusual love story and faced obstacles that seemed insurmountable, not only because of the large age difference but also because she was married to banker Andre Ozier and the mother of three children, of which her eldest daughter Lorance, was a classmate of her current husband.

The French press describes her as one of the few people whose judgment the president always invokes.

The new TV series will be written by French authors Bénédicte Charles and Olivier PouponneauGaumont said in an official statement.

“Brigitte Macron is a fascinating character and we want to treat her in an almost melodramatic way because of the romantic dimension of her fate”Ms Charles told Le Figaro.

Asked about the new production on the life of Ms. Macron, an unnamed source from her entourage, told the AFP news agency: “We are not associated with this project that we learned about in the press today.”

The series’ cast has yet to be announced, although rumors have Julia Roberts and Ryan Gosling in the lead roles. At least they are considered more suitable for the roles by former Minister of Culture Roselin Baselo, as she stated in the British Telegraph.

Gaumont is one of France’s leading television production companies. She is responsible for the hit TV series Lupin.
