THE Taylor Swift breaks one record after another with her new album, The Tortured Poets Department, in which she takes potshots at exes like Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy, reignites her feud with Kim Kardashian, while also sending a hidden message of love to her partner, Travis Kelce.
Confirming her fans’ suspicions, Taylor dropped a sweet hint that The Tortured Poets Department’s track “So High School” is about him. In the lyric video for the tender song, the superstar strategically highlights her and the Kansas City Chiefs player’s initials at the 45-second mark.
The words on the screen read at that point: “Cheeks pink in the twinkling lights/ Tell me ’bout the first time you saw me”, with the “T” and “K” in twinkling and the “T” and “ S” in the lights to appear in pink, while all other letters are white. This move drove her fans crazy, who rushed to X to express their impressions. “TK AND TS HIGHLIGHTED IN PINK OMGDMSMDMSMD”one Swiftie pointed out, while another added: “She’s so in love and I’m here for that.”
Kelce also later appeared to drop a hint himself that Swift wrote “So High School” for him via a post on X for his podcast, “New Heights.”
“These father impersonations are so good” she captioned the video, while Taylor sings “I feel like laughin’ in the middle of practice / To that impression you did of your dad again.””
