This table shows: the Application Number Code of the participation application and the last four (4) digits of their Tax Registration Number (TIN).
The Final List of Beneficiaries for whom the digital debit card will be issued is formed by electronic lottery among the applications from the above Temporary List.
THE Final List of Beneficiaries and the Table of those not drawn or excluded are drawn up by decision of the Implementation Body. The Temporary List of Beneficiaries and the Final List of Beneficiaries are posted on the websites of the Ministry of Tourism (www.mintour.gov.gr) and the Implementing Agency (www.ktpae.gr)
Specifically:
Those beneficiaries selected after a lottery, will be able to issue an immaterial digital debit card, which they will use for their stay in any hotel or accommodation in the country they choose without any bureaucratic procedure. The date of the draw and the final tables of beneficiaries are expected within the second fortnight of April and before Easter. Therefore, those who have submitted a relevant application will be informed about the results of the lottery via sms and e-mail according to the information they stated during the application
What are the possible statuses of my application and what do they mean?
PROCESSING BY BENEFICIARY: The application has not been submitted definitively, as the applicant has not pressed the green “Submit” button at the bottom right of the screen.
UNDER CHECK: The application has been submitted definitively and is in the process of verifying the information submitted.
SUBMITTED: The application is valid and its participation in the lottery is expected.
APPROVED-DRAWED: The application has been drawn and is expected to be sent to the credit institution. More information at this stage is provided in the Pay Table.
NOT AVAILABLE: The beneficiary must contact the Public Service Telephone 210 2150231 (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00).
What do the Pay Table status messages mean?
TO BE SENT TO BANK INSTITUTION: This payment will be sent to the financial institution for processing on the estimated execution date.
SENT – IN PROCESSING BY BANK INSTITUTION: This payment has been sent to the financial institution and may take up to ten (10) business days to process.
COMPLETED: This payment has been completed successfully.
REJECTED: This payment could not be made. In this case, the applicant will be informed by any appropriate means. It is necessary to contact the beneficiary with the Public Service Telephone 210 2150231 (Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00).
Which financial institutions are available to issue a digital debit card?
Viva.com, Eurobank and Alpha Bank.
For the issuance of a digital debit card, it is not necessary for the beneficiary to be a customer of the above institutions.
ATTENTION: The Program’s digital debit cards expire automatically on 12/31/2024 and it will not be possible to carry out transactions with them after this date.
How are the final Beneficiaries of the “Tourism for All 2024” Program selected from all applicants?
Upon the expiry of the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the Program, the potential beneficiaries are classified in a Temporary Table of Potential Beneficiaries, which includes: the Application Code Number of their application for participation and the last four digits of their Tax Registration Number (TIN).

What actions should be taken by those applicants included in the Final List of Beneficiaries?
After the completion of the draw and the publication of the Final List of Beneficiaries, the MAE Information Society transmits to the credit institution or financial organization the details of the beneficiary, in particular the name, surname, VAT number, e-mail address, mobile phone number and the amount he is entitled to receive, information which is necessary for the issuance of the digital debit card. The credit institution or financial organization distributes, exclusively electronically, the immaterial digital debit cards within two (2) working days of receipt of the relevant file, without entering into a customer relationship with the beneficiary.
The credit institution or financial institution then informs the beneficiary of the procedure to be followed to activate the card and credit the amount of money, by sending:
a. text message (sms) to the mobile phone number that the beneficiary has registered in the special application with integrated instructions for activating the digital debit card and
b. e-mail message (e-mail) to the e-mail address specified by the beneficiary in the special application with an embedded link to activate the immaterial digital debit card.
After entering the above link, the beneficiary creates a personal access code (password) and receives a confirmation code with a new text message (sms), in order to activate his digital debit card with the credited amount.
The digital debit card is intended exclusively for electronic transactions or through a device that supports contactless transaction technology, i.e. through a website or electronic platform that allows direct debiting of the digital debit card by filling in its details or using an electronic application device that supports the function of contactless transactions through the wireless connection of two devices by simply touching or approaching them (NFC technology).
Until when can the digital debit card issued by the “Tourism for All 2024” Program be used?
Until 31/12/2024.
In which businesses can the “Tourism for All 2024” Program card be used and how?
The credited amount of money can be used exclusively by the beneficiary for accommodation in accommodations that have Merchant Category Codes related to the provision of accommodation services and maintain their headquarters in the Greek territory.

Each immaterial digital prepaid card is redeemed either once at the same tourist accommodation or in parts at consecutive tourist accommodation, depending on its available balance, at any time the beneficiary wishes until 31/12/2024.
Any type of mobile phone can be used during the process of submitting the application to the Program and activating the intangible prepaid card.
However, once the immaterial prepaid card is activated, to be used at a POS terminal, it must be connected to Apple Pay or Google Pay services and used by a smartphone that supports NFC transactions.
Alternatively, it can be used by submitting its details on appropriate websites of accommodation providers even without using NFC technology.
In case of rejection of a transaction with the Program card, the beneficiary should contact the credit institution that issued his card, in order to be informed about the reason for the non-acceptance of his transaction, as the Program Support Center does not have access to bank transaction details .
