To thousands of professionals, the fifth of the consecutive payments of 4,174,489.98 euros will be made on Wednesday, which refers to the return of the unduly paid contributions of the auxiliary insurance and welfare branches.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, the fifth of the consecutive amount payments takes place 4,174,489.98 euros regarding the return of the unduly paid contributions of the supplementary insurance and welfare branches for the years 2019 and 2020 to thousands of professionals.
Specifically, it concerns lawyers at the behest of the private sector and the NPIDs, salaried engineers and health workers of the private and public sector with a private law employment relationship (IDAX & IDOX), e-EFKA debtors or not, who submitted an application, through the corresponding electronic service, until 21/04/2024.
The debtors of the e-EFKA are awarded the resulting amount, after offsetting their total debt (adjusted or not) with the initially calculated amount to be refunded of the unduly paid contributions (article 104, par. 1 of Law 4387/2016-Government Gazette 85 A’, as applicable & article 1 of it with a.
In this fifth installment, the maximum refundable amountwhich will be credited to the bank accounts of 2,368 beneficiaries, amounts to 11,186.86 euros.
As stated in the relevant announcement, the competent services of the e-EFKA continue to process the applications of the other beneficiaries, as well as those submitted from 22/04/2024 onwards, in order for the corresponding amounts to be awarded to them with the same procedure in the next payment .
