May pensions: Payments start tomorrow Wednesday – Which pensioners are paid first – Which benefits will be paid by April 26

Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 24, in the evening, the pension funds for the month of May 2024 will begin to be credited to the bank accounts of some insured persons. This concerns the insured of the former self-employed funds [ΟΓΑ, ΟΑΕΕ, ΕΤΑΑ]. Ton the same day, the OPS-EFKA pensions will be credited to those who are retired from 1.1.2017 onwards (Law 4387/2016) but also all the supplementary pensions of the private sector (self-employed and employed). However, it is clarified that the official payment of the above will normally take place on Thursday, April 25, 2024.

While the afternoon of Friday, April 26 the pension funds will be credited to the insured of the former employee funds [ΙΚΑ-ΕΤΑΜ, τραπεζών, ΟΤΕ, ΔΕΗ, των λοιπών εντασσόμενων (ΤΣΕΑΠΓΣΟ, ΤΣΠ-ΗΣΑΠ), ΝΑΤ, ΕΤΑΤ, ΕΤΑΠ-ΜΜΕ] and of the main and auxiliary pensions of the State. However it is pointed out that Monday, April 29, 2024 will become official payments of the above.

One-off and benefits from e-EFKA and DYPA

At the same time, the barrage of payments from e-EFKA and DYPA continues. Analytically:

The e-EFKA will pay until April 26 the amount of 21,300,000 euros to 1,100 beneficiaries following the issuance of one-off decisions. While on April 25, the Agency will pay the amount of 1,136,132,604 euros for the main and auxiliary pensions for the month of May 2024 to 2,388,469 beneficiaries.

Also the DOUBLE will pay by April 26:

• 50 million euros to 380,000 beneficiaries for payment of unemployment benefits and other benefits (Easter unemployment gifts 43 million to 290,000 beneficiaries).
• 21 million euros to 22,000 beneficiaries under subsidized employment programs
• 500,000 euros to 1000 beneficiaries for Public Benefit Programs.
• 7 million euros to 90 beneficiaries of the “My Home” program.
• 18 million euros to 13,000 mothers for subsidized maternity leave (gift of 8 million euros to 11,500 beneficiaries).
