This is the new car of Sakis Rouvas

A tough pick-up was chosen by the popular singer in order to transport the vegetables he grows.

Beyond love for singing, o Sakis Rouvas has a passion for the fruit and vegetables, as seen in a post on his social media.

In fact, for the transport of the vegetables he grows, he takes care of a vehicle that stands out for the off road but also its great transport capabilities. This is the Amarokher signature rugged double-cab pick-up Volkswagen.

The new Amarok has length which reaches the 5,350 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,270 mm, ensuring large spaces for the rear passengers. He is similar loading space who can transfer load weight up to 960 kg.

In fact, the stroller can be secured by using one sliding cover which moves with electric assistance and can be activated either externally, or from inside the car, or remotely, via the vehicle key.

As for rich Amarok’s off-road talentthat’s what the standard four-wheel drive, as well as the smaller cantilevers. It is worth noting that the German pick-up is also distinguished by its ability to cross water obstruction up to 800 mm deep

As can be seen in the video, the version driven by Sakis Rouvas is the VW Amarok with him V6 diesel engine (TDI) of 3,000 cc which yields 240 horsepower. The other version is also diesel and is powered by a 205 PS 2-liter 4-cylinder TDI.

All engine versions, apart from the system four-wheel drive 4Motion, are combined with one 10-speed automatic transmission.

Despite its rugged presentation, the Amarok has one digital indoor environmentthe presence of a 12-inch digital instrument panel “Digital Cockpit” and a large 12-inch touch screen in a vertical tablet-like arrangement in the center of the dashboard for the multimedia system.

The equipment is also rich, which from basic version “Life” it includes – among others – dual-zone automatic climate control, high beam assist and Adaptive Cruise Control.
