One of the models we are looking forward to seeing at the Beijing Show (Beijing Auto Show) in the next few days is her new model Smart. The company has shown us in the past through sketches car philosophy and in its latest release it made clear that the new #5 will be the biggest Smart ever built.
From there the Smart people report that it will also be the more spacious and the most versatile Smart ever made with a luxurious interior and strong personality.
Her SUV Smart it has a cubic structure with high ground clearance and muscular side wings. The wheels are large and in roof there is a rack for transporting objects that is in the front integrated lighting system. Inside, the seats are design-inspired by…donuts, while in various parts of the car there are camping items such as a flashlight, a hammer, self-inflating mattresses and detachable speaker bluetooth.
The dimensions of the car are also of interest as it will be longer than 4,440 thousand which had Smart’s previous design number 3. The platform on which the new Smart will step will be its own Geely similar to those we’ve seen in modern Volvos, Polestar and Zeerk.
At the exhibition Beijing Auto Show we expect to see all of Smart’s designs, while for #5 there is a serious possibility that it will be ready for its normal production within 2024.
