Just before Holy Week, the beneficiaries will see the pensions for the month of May in their bank accounts and before May Day the OPECA benefits will also be paid: Early – early the auxiliary pensions of the private sector will also be paid. However, the second installment of the most popular benefit – that of A21 children – is delayed, as the next payment is due next month, as it is paid bi-monthly.

It is pointed out once again with regard to pensions, that they are now following the rule of separation between Employees and Non-Employees. So the payment dates have been determined for the self-employed on the fourth last working day of the previous month, while for employees the penultimate working day of the previous month.
May pension payment dates
Specifically, the payments of the main and auxiliary pensions for the month of May 2024 will be made on the following dates:
- OAEE will pay the pensions on Thursday, April 25, 2024
- The OGA will pay the pensions on Thursday, April 25, 2024
- The EBRD (non-Employee) will pay the pensions on Thursday, April 25, 2024
- EFKA pensions for those who are retired (Employed & Non-Employed) from 1.1.2017 onwards (Law 4387/2016) will be paid on Thursday 25 April 2024
- Private sector Supplementary Pensions (self-employed and salaried) will be paid on Thursday 25 April 2024
Also:
- The IKA – ETAM will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- The State will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- Provisional pensions for the Armed Forces, Security Forces and Fire Service will be paid on Monday 29 April 2024
- NAT and KEAN will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- ETAP – SME will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- ETAT will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- TSEAPGSO, TSP-ISAP will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- PPC will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- OTE will pay the pensions on Monday, April 29, 2024
- Supplementary State Pensions will be paid on Monday 29 April 2024
- OPECA will pay the pensions of Uninsured Seniors on Tuesday, April 30, 2024
As usual, the money will be available from the previous day in the afternoon, through the banks’ ATMs.
Payment of OPECA benefits
On the last working day of April, i.e. Tuesday 30th of the month, the following allowances and benefits will also be paid by OPECA: Minimum Guaranteed Income (formerly KEA), Housing Allowance, Birth Allowance, Welfare Disability and Nutrition Allowances, Housing Contribution, Social Solidarity Allowance for Uninsured Seniors, Pension for Uninsured Seniors.
And here on the previous working day of the payment, i.e. M. Monday, April 29 and during the afternoon hours, the money will be available to the beneficiaries from the ATMs of the banks
