The management of e-EFKA proceeded with the awarding of the contract for the provision of rental and market value assessment services for 12 properties owned by e-EFKA.

The criteria for awarding the EFKA real estate appraisal was the most economically advantageous offer based on the price, following an invitation to each interested party.

The properties whose value is requested to be assessed are the following:

  1. Appraisal of the market value of 1/3 of an undivided property at 9 Evangelistrias Street, Athens.
  2. Appraisal of the market value of 1/3 undivided share of the 3rd Floor, property at 64 Ermou Street & 17 Aiolou Street, Athens.
  3. Study – Evaluation of the rental value of an independent office building in the area of ​​Limenas Hersonissou Heraklion Crete.
  4. Utilization study with rental value assessment of the preserved property at 28 Stadiou Street, Athens.
  5. Estimate of the rental value of the K1 and K9 ground floor shops in the building at 29 Stadiou Street, Athens.
  6. Appraisal report – Utilization study of the plot at 8 – 10 Kriezotou Street, Athens.
  7. Plot utilization study, at the junction of 9 Paparrigopoulou and 1 Parnassos streets, Athens.
  8. Estimated rental value of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, offices in a building on El. 63 Venizelou (University) Street, Athens.
  9. Appraisal of the market value of a 3rd floor apartment in a building at 8 Plutarchou Street, Thessaloniki.
  10. a) Estimate of the market value and b) estimate of the rental value of an apartment on a raised ground floor in a building on 25 Filikis Etairias Street, Thessaloniki.
  11. Assessment of the rental value of a detached property at 2-4-6 Acharnon Street, Athens
  12. Utilization study with an estimate of the rental value of the preserved property at 4 Kolokotroni streets, Anthimou Gazi and Karytsi, Athens.
