In fact, he specifically addressed those who tend to believe that humanity is a scourge on the planet and that the earth would be much better off without so many people.
This is a direct attack on those who promote drastic population reduction policies, from a man who has openly said that it is in the interest of humanity to have many children and thus increase the world population.
