The agreement opens a new page in the relations between the two sides and was the result of many months of negotiations with the aim of definitively resolving the issue of the partial removal of the aircraft from the property.

HELLENIC MAE and POLKEOA state that the agreement reached between them lays a solid foundation for the exploitation of the legacy of Olympic Aviation. In this context, the agreement provides for the preparation of a viability study for the utilization of the Boeing 747, as a museum space. In addition, POLKEOA, with its valuable experience, will contribute in the future to the creation of a Civil Aviation Museum.
